Output Tables

This is a list of all the output tables available in the Hosting Capacity Service database, such as the Network Performance Metrics Enhanced, Link to Input, Logs and more. It contains detailed descriptions of each column and how to use them.

note

All times in all tables are expressed in UTC. To convert to local time, apply the relevant timezone offset for your location, such as +10:00 for Australian Eastern Standard Time (NEM Time).

Network-Level Voltage Thresholds

Voltage thresholds for over/under voltage events and hours and other related metrics found in the Network Performance Metrics Enhanced table are controlled by network-level voltage thresholds that are configured at a per environment level. These thresholds are applied consistently across any LV voltage base (under 1000V), such as 400V, 415V, or 433V systems.

Common Australian standard voltage thresholds (for a 230V (single phase) / 400V (3 phase) base) which is the default voltage base for the Hosting Capacity Service, are as follows:

LabelParameterSingle Phase / Line-to-neutral (Volts)Three Phase / Line-to-line (Volts)Per Unit (applied to MV)
VH2emergVMaxLv260.0450.31.130
VH1normVMaxLv253.0438.21.100
VL1normVMinLv216.0374.10.939
VL2emergVMinLv207.0358.50.900

These values can be adjusted for your entire network if needed. Please contact Zepben or your system administrator to discuss network-level threshold changes.

Note that there are no separate voltage thresholds defined for medium voltage (MV). MV measurement zones are still assessed for over/under voltage, using the per-unit values above (the LV thresholds divided by the configured LV base).

Network Performance Metrics

This table contains the basic (non-enhanced) network performance metrics. It has been superseded by the network_performance_metrics_enhanced table, which provides a more comprehensive set of results and metrics. Users are encouraged to transition to the enhanced table, as this table may be removed in a future version.

Parquet Hierarchy (Blob Storage)

For users storing results in blob storage, parquet files follow the same logical table structure described above and are organised under each Work Package ID. Files are grouped by table, then by scenario, feeder and year, with individual parquet files named by their timestamp (see the hierarchy below).

Feeder Load Analysis (Segment Level Loading) outputs

This table is the output of the feeder load analysis (segment level loading) process, which provides detailed loading and utilization metrics at the asset and segment level. Note that this is separate from the main power flow results and is only generated when the feeder load analysis process is run. For more information on the feeder load analysis process, please refer to the documentation section on Feeder Load Analysis.
